Where do you ship from?

We ship directly from our fulfillment centers located in Hong Kong and the United States, depending on product availability.


Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. After this period, we’re unable to modify the order as it will already be in processing.
However, you can still return the item for a full refund after receiving it.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment. During holidays or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
